CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations must be informed by writing an email to (info@operandoconference.com)
- For cancellations made up to 20/02/2018, 100% of the deposit wil be refunded except 50 euros as management fee
- For cancellations made after 20/02/2018, deposit will not be refunded
- In case of NO SHOW, the hotel will cancel the reservation and will not refund any deposit. (of the total stay)
- In case of any doubt or enquiry, please contact the Technical Secretary Office at info@operandoconference.com. Please remember that you have made the reservation through our agency not in the hotel.
- Any money refund will be make after the congress.
