Remember that, for each paper/music piece/demo, at least one author must be registered for the conference by April 10, 2019. If none of the authors is registered by this date, the paper/music piece/demo will be removed from the conference proceedings and programme.

One Standard Conference registration (options A & E) covers one submission where a submission can be a paper, a demo or a music piece. The author registered must be an author of the submission.

One Student Conference registration (options B & F) covers one submission and the studen registered must be an author of the contribution. You must provide proof of your student status and your advisor's information (including name and email) to get the student discount. Please send it to secretaria2@lamardeventos.com (post-doc are not eligible for student rates).

Registration for Summer School only (options C & D) does not include attendance to the conference. This type of registration does not cover any submission to the conference.

Extra contribution fee payment is required if you want to submit more than one paper/demo/music piece.

Cancellation policy

To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request to secretaria2@lamardeventos.com

Must be received by April, the 30th. Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund of 75% of the total amount paid. Requests will be processed after the meeting.
All requests after April, the 30th will forfeit 100% the total amount paid.
