The Industrial Engineering School (Polytechnical and Industrial Engineering) of Malaga was founded in 1990 by Decree 208/199 of 3 July 1990, starting operations in October 1990. Since then it has been consolidated as a Center with recognized experts in almost all branches of industrial engineering, resulting in the quality of both teaching and research at the Center.

The Industrial Enginnering School is located in the building “Escuela de Ingenierías”, located in the expansion of the Teatinos Campus. The building is shared with the Polythecnical School.

Access to the building can be done through the bus line No. 5, whose outlet is located at the end of the lines No. 20 No. 22 in the Teatinos Campus. For more information, please access the website of the Municipal Transport Company of Málaga .



The building consists of two modules. The main module houses the classrooms, most teaching and research laboratories, library, faculty offices and departamental facilities, administration offices, cafeteria-restaurant and other services. In the other module are located the heavy laboratories and workshops.
